  • Common Causes: Network fluctuations, page cache issues; refreshing the page or re-logging in is recommended.
  • If the issue persists: Ask the user to provide the order number and account information for further investigation.

Refund Policy

  • Refund applications are supported within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Applications outside the time frame cannot be accepted. Please explain politely and thank them for their understanding.
  • When prompts like “Website temporarily does not support server-side processing” appear, it is mostly due to triggering the protection mechanism by too many requests in a short time.
  • It is recommended to try again later and prioritize using the full original link.
  • You can remind users to process in batches to reduce the probability of triggering limits.

  • When users report “Website instability” or “Functional abnormalities”, apologize first and explain that it will be fixed as soon as possible.
  • For functional issues, please record the scenario and operation steps clearly for backend troubleshooting and product iteration.

Audio/Video Processing for Temporarily Unsupported Platforms

When encountering temporarily unsupported platforms such as WeChat Video Account, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc., you can provide a “workaround”:
  1. Use res-downloader (cross-platform audio/video sniffing download tool) or “Social Media Assistant” Chrome extension to download the video.
  2. After the download is complete, upload the video file to BibiGPT and use the local file upload function for AI summarization.
