Overview

Open any collection, tick several items. The header shows N selected and offers Move/Copy to…, Batch delete, and Cancel selection. Re-home dozens of summaries at once.

Pain Point

I had a hundred summaries in one collection and needed to shift a few dozen. I used to edit membership one item at a time. Copying into several themed collections was not realistic.

  • Batch move: leave the current collection and land in the target
  • Batch copy: keep the original and duplicate into another collection
  • Batch delete: remove several items from the collection at once
  • Public collection and Collection square still sit at the top for sharing
