The system will automatically identify whether the order is within the “7-day risk-free refund” period: if within the period, the “Refund” button will be activated as clickable; if expired, it will be unclickable. After clicking the refund button, the system will automatically call the local email client and generate a refund application draft with key order information pre-filled. Users no longer need to manually add customer service WeChat or engage in tedious communication; they only need to supplement the refund reason (feedback/suggestions) in the email and send it to complete the application.
